Eliut launched his career at the infamous La Coupe Salon before moving on to work at the Joseph Martin Salon in Manhattan and Los Angeles. He maintained this bi-coastal lifestyle until he started working at the Oribe Salon in New York City, where he worked very closely and was influenced by Oribe Canales himself.
In 2005, Eliut decided to venture out on his own to launch EM Studio, which eventually became Eliut Salon. After experiencing much success at the original studio, Eliut doubled his studio space by moving to a larger location in the summer of 2017. Eliut’s talent has attracted a loyal following of clients, many of whom travel from all over the country to visit his salon.
Eliut has styled the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Penelope Cruz, Jamie Lynn Sigler and Gloria Estefan and traveled extensively with Sheryl Crow during her tour and 2003 award show appearances. His work has appeared in top fashion magazines, such as W, InStyle, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, Allure and more as well as on high-fashion runways. Eliut Rivera’s impressive client list speaks to his talent, work ethic and extensive experience.

After moving from Argentina, Jorge Manni began his career in New York City at the exclusive Oribe Salon, where he worked alongside a staff of world-renowned stylists and colorists.
His innate talent and passion for the industry has allowed him to acquire a very diverse and unique group of clients. His clients range from hip teens to high profile executives and celebrities, some of whom include the likes of Joss Stone, Paris Hilton, Angela Basset and Sharon Stone. They have been an inspiration as well as a directive for his work. Jorge has also styled hair on runways, and has worked on editorial projects for major fashion and style publications.
His clients love him for his ability to listen to their requests and then direct their vision into a look that maximize’s the client’s inherent beauty.
Eyebrow / Hair / Make-Up
Robin Narvaez is a hair and makeup artist based in New York City and came to Eliut Salon from the renowned Borja Color Studio. Robin has been styling editorial shoots, fashion shows and ad campaigns for the world’s most recognizable brands and publications for over twenty years.
Robin was named the “Best Makeup Artist” and “Best Eyebrow Shaper” in New York by New York Magazine and is regularly included in Allure Magazine’s Black Book as a recommended beauty professional. Her work has appeared in publications such as Vogue, Allure, Glamour, Elle and Marie Claire.
Robin has also worked behind the camera to prepare talent for television segments on Access Hollywood, The Today Show, and Good Morning America. Additionally, she was as a makeup artist for Columbia Pictures and worked with celebrities such as Robert De Niro, Michael Douglas and Jane Fonda. During Clinton’s presidency Robin styled hair and makeup for Hillary and Chelsea Clinton. Robin has worked on the Stand up for Cancer campaign, which included doing hair and make-up for Tilda Swinton, Keanu Reeves, Ed Norton and Michael Bloomberg. Robin Narvaez joins the team at Eliut Salon as a stylist specializing in custom make-up application, hairstyling, eyelash tint and eyebrow shaping.
Originally from La Coupe, Agnes moved on to Kim Lepine (formerly of La Coupe) where she honed her skills with the style setters of the 80’s and 90’s before joining Eliut Salon.
With thirty years of experience styling and cutting hair, Agnes is known for her edgy, effortless hair cuts. Agnes keeps hair easy to style at home, and always adds a modern twist, which keeps her clients coming back to her.
“I really try to interpret my client’s personality and lifestyle as we discuss how they want to look. I love sexy hair that is easy to keep up at home. My cuts often take years off the client. My fashion style is very connected to my overall aesthetic. My fashion inspirations are Jil Sander for simple and sleek, Stella McCartney for chic and effortless, Helmut Lang for basics with an urban edge and Alexander Wang for his youthful playfulness”.
Known among celebrities, socialites and beauty and fashion editors for his outstanding ability to create the perfect customized hair color, Michael Casey is at the apex of his career. He has been awarded New York Magazine’s coveted Best Colorist award and has been named Master of the Park Avenue Blond by Allure magazine. Michael joined the Eliut Salon after years of honing his craft in some of the world’s most noteworthy salons.
Michael’s work has been highlighted in Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, on television, in feature films and on stage. Michael travels to Boston, Miami and Texas several times a year to work with long-standing clients. His celebrity clientele includes Penelope Cruz, Gwyneth Paltrow, Diana Krall, Viggo Mortenson and Michael Douglas.
His sources of inspiration come from a variety of mediums, from impressionist art to the technicolor films of the 1940s and 1950s. Michael’s range in color creativity, from sophisticated classics to edgy, modern tones is indicative of this inspiration.
While his ability to develop the ideal blonde color is well documented, Michael’s talent lies in creating a full range of custom, individualized colors perfectly suited to each client’s overall look and lifestyle.

Anita is a hair stylist and makeup artist whose impeccable attention to detail has earned her a reputation in the industry. Anita loves working with clients to come up with styles customized to their needs.
Anita honed her skills training with Eliut Rivera at Oribe. Here she learned to style glamorous and feminine hair. A master of her craft, she keeps up with the latest techniques and beauty trends as they appear on the fashion scene but always recognizes the individuality of the client.
As a makeup artist, her skills include applying eyelash extensions for those who want a subtle look, to creating bespoke looks for those wanting a little more. Anita has been featured in the media for her blow-out classes and private lessons, and for the special looks she creates for weddings and holidays. She has been featured in magazines such as InStyle and Best Beauty Buys for beauty and product tips. Anita is constantly working on innovative techniques and initiatives. She provides services both at Eliut Salon and on location.
KELLY LUCCHESE ANCONA
Kelly started her career with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics over thirteen years ago where her work took her to Paris, Japan and Taiwan. Kelly was anxious to settle in one place, so moved back to New York where she could be on the pulse of the latest beauty trends.
Kelly became a staple on Bobbi’s make up team during fashions shows at Bryant Park. Kelly has created make up looks for designers such as Vera Wang, Halston and Oscar de la Renta which means she has a handle on trends and plenty of experience enhancing women’s natural beauty. She has worked directly with some of the biggest beauty editors in the industry helping them interpret trends from runway shows and forecasting the next big look. Kelly has also worked with many stars of the music industry, theatre and television worlds.
Kelly also specializes in bridal makeup. She understands how lighting will impact the pictures and she creates the depth of color needed to achieve the most beautiful results. Together with a hair stylist at Eliut, Kelly’s skillful make up application completes the glamorous look that Eliut Salon is known for. Kelly is available by appointment only.
Hailing from the famed La Coupe, Sam’s attention to detail is incredible. He takes his time to achieve perfect angles so that hair moves elegantly. His technique and style are simple yet defined. Also an expert in Brazilian and Japanese straightening, Sam’s precision allows the hair to look better for longer periods of time. Also very adept in men’s hair, Sam has a large following of professionals looking for the perfect cut.
Lisa Estridge’s years of experience as a colorist began at La Coupe, where she developed a firm understanding of what high-profile executive women desire when it comes to color. She honed her ability to create hues that range from the sheerest of blondes to the richest dark tones, and has acquired a particular passion for reds, which has become her area of expertise.
While at La Coupe, Lisa traveled extensively to national and international hair shows that showcased her work. She went on to join the prestigious Joseph Martin and Oribe salons in Manhattan, forming a following among women who appreciate Lisa’s eye for color and her warm, personable disposition. Lisa says that her most valuable instruction in understanding the nuances of hair color came under Louis Licari as well as during her six months of training in London, studying with Daniel of London.
“There are many women out there who want to go red but fear the risks of looking either too orange or brassy,” says Eliut. “Lisa creates the most perfect shades, never compromising the richness of her colors.”
Lisa values the importance of communicating with each of her clients to determine the best color to compliment not just their hairstyle, skin tone and eye color but also their unique personality. “It’s important to listen carefully to discover exactly what each client wants and expects,” she says. She then puts her talent to work, fine-tuning the ideal color that accentuates all aspects of her client’s look.
Michael trained and was at the forefront of the hair styling industry for 25 years when he joined Eliut Salon. Michael’s talent is endless and he enjoys working with blonds, brunettes and red heads. His specialty is platinum blondes, but is able to work on all hair colors. Michael interprets his client’s needs and delivers amazing results, whether they want simple highlights or a dramatic change. Michael gains inspiration from people watching on the streets of New York City. Michael’s aesthetic is classic, just like his favorite fashion designer, Ralph Lauren who he draws inspiration from. He is also inspired by cinema and the arts.
